One Bro Pizza Co. is the dream of Carl Jackson — and after a little time away, that dream is back.

Carl has loved to cook for as long as he can remember. What started as a passion for cooking whenever the opportunity arose grew over the years into a love of creating great food for the people around him. And while Carl can cook just about anything (you name it), his true passion has always been pizza—and BBQ.

For years, Carl cooked pizza for friends and family, and he kept hearing the same thing: “Your pizza is the best. You need to open your own place.”

A traditional brick-and-mortar restaurant never felt quite right. Carl wanted something more personal—something that would let him bring great food directly to people and actually be part of the experience.

It started in the backyard, with a wood-fired pizza oven and a whole lot of pizza parties. The parties were a hit, but there was only so much pizza that could come out of a backyard oven, and only so many people that could fit around the table.

So Carl went bigger.

He invested in a full-size, Italian-made wood-fired oven and had a custom trailer built to bring the party wherever it needed to go. One Bro Pizza Co.—wood fired on the go—was born.

After years of serving up wood-fired pizza at parties, celebrations, and events, One Bro took a little time away. But the oven never stopped calling.

Now, One Bro Pizza Co. is back—and better than ever.

We’re bringing back the same passion for great food, freshly made pizza, and memorable events—now with a new and improved trailer, a fresh dose of energy, and plenty of ideas for what’s next.
