Booking a Party
How do I book a party? Call us at 203.354.5659 or email us at onebropizzaco@gmail.com.
How far do you travel? Our typical radius is roughly 20 miles from Norwalk, CT, but if you are outside of Fairfield county, it's always best to contact us first. We will occasionally travel outside of this radius, but you may incur a travel fee.
How far in advance do I have to book? Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis. During peak times, dates may book well in advance. We encourage you to contact us sooner as opposed to later if you are interested in having a party. That said, cancellations do occur, so you may find that a date is available at the last minute.
A deposit is required to officially hold the date for you.
What if the date I'm interested in is taken? We can put you on a wait-list and let you know if a change or cancellation occurs.
What if I need to cancel? We require 30 days notice for a full refund of your deposit.
What if my party will be less than 30 people? Our smallest package is based off 30 people, so even if you have fewer than 30 people, you will be charged for 30.
What if the size of my party changes? When do you need a final count? We need a final count one week before the event. If the party size changes significantly, we will adjust your pricing accordingly.
What happens if it rains the day of my event? The trailer and oven can work in the rain, however a storm with lightning and thunder would put our employees at risk. If your party can not happen in the rain, we will work with you to select another date.
The Event
What do you provide? Our standard package provides all paper goods, pizza, salad, and dessert. If you are interested in something additional, please let us know.
How long does it take to cook a pizza? The oven heats up to over 1000 degrees and cooks pizza in about 2-3 minutes.
Will we run out of food? The quantity of food we provide is based upon the party size that you book with us. If your party size ends up being larger than the agreed upon size, you may risk running out of food. If the party size is accurate, you will not run out of food.
Do you have entertainment? We have a 51" flat screen TV equipped with surround sound. And, we bring games! (corn-hole, ladder ball)
Where does the trailer go? We will work with you to determine the best layout for the party. The trailer requires an accessible, level area of about 20x20. We can park on grass (if it's level) but the trailer is heavy and may leave marks. For past parties we have parked in backyards, on driveways, and on the street.
Are gratuities included? No. Our team works hard to make sure your event is the best it can be and therefore gratuities are appreciated.
